John has been with Estimating Edge for over 33 years and has been in multiple departments, including sales, training, and technical support. Previously, John was the Sales Director, South before moving into his current role as Director, Account Management due to his knowledge on the product and passion for the customer. In his role, John helps clients with questions, brings in new leads, performs demonstrations and helps them achieve success with Estimating Edge products.
John takes care of the client, ensuring they are confident in using the software and are satisfied with The EDGE. His strength is developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and getting to know them on a personal level.
