Spencer is a former entrepreneur with a master’s degree in information systems management and technology. He has primarily worked for software companies— with some time spent learning the business side of construction. He decided to join the WorkMax sales team because he missed being the one to actively promote quality technology products to customers.

Spencer is married with five children, who he loves to spend his time with. He grew up in
California and graduated from Brigham Young University with his bachelor’s and master’s degrees. He follows college sports and plays basketball in his spare time. He is an outdoorsman who likes to camp, fish, play with his dog and raise quail.
